Straight answers for sending, receiving, plans, purchases, and the occasional fax machine on the other end.
Plus and Pro share one allowance for sending and receiving. Incoming pages use the remaining allowance first, then automatically use one Page Credit per overflow page. Page Credits alone do not include a receiving number. Outgoing faxes ask for confirmation before using credits.
If there are not enough Page Credits to cover an incoming fax's overflow pages, it stays saved but locked in Inbox. Add enough credits, then refresh Inbox or open the fax and tap Try Again. No extra purchase is made automatically. The document's normal auto-delete date still applies.
If notifications are enabled for FaxQuik, a push notification lets you know when a saved incoming fax needs Page Credits to unlock. You can also check for Locked status in Inbox. Add credits and download the document before its auto-delete date.
Do not use FaxQuik to transmit protected health information (PHI) on behalf of a healthcare provider, health plan, healthcare clearinghouse, or their business associate. FaxQuik is not currently designed for HIPAA-regulated use.
Yes. You can send personal documents when you have the right and any required consent to share them. Carefully confirm the recipient's fax number. Documents are stored privately only for the applicable retention period and can be deleted sooner from the app.
Free fax documents are scheduled for removal after 24 hours, with the limited delivery receipt deleted after 14 days. Send Once and 7-Day Send Pass documents are deleted 7 days after sending, and subscription documents are deleted 30 days after the fax date unless you delete them sooner.
Your first fax is free for up to 3 pages to any supported destination listed below. Choosing a paid plan starts that plan's page allowance, and an unused free fax is forfeited rather than converted into credits.
The first free fax and paid plans can send to Australia, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Japan, Mexico, the Netherlands, New Zealand, and the United States.
Open Send, enter the destination fax number, scan or choose a document, review every page, and tap Send Fax. Delivery updates appear in History.
Yes. FaxQuik supports sending to the international destinations listed on this site. International fax numbers are not supported at this time; only U.S. fax numbers are available for receiving.
Include your iPhone model, iOS version, and the approximate time of the issue. Never email a document containing sensitive information.
