Terms of Use

Last updated August 29, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the FaxQuik iOS app, website, and fax delivery services (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Using FaxQuik

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and use the Service only in compliance with applicable laws. You are responsible for the accuracy of fax numbers, the content you submit, and confirming that you have the right and any required consent to send that content.

Prohibited use

You may not use FaxQuik to:

  • Send unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, threatening, or abusive content.
  • Send unsolicited advertising, bulk messages, or spam.
  • Harass others or violate privacy, intellectual-property, or confidentiality rights.
  • Interfere with the Service or attempt to bypass limits, security, or abuse controls.
  • Transmit malware or content intended to damage a device or network.

Plans and purchases

The 3-Day Send Pass is a one-time, non-renewing purchase that provides up to 50 outbound pages during a 72-hour access period. The Monthly plan provides up to 300 combined sent and received pages per subscription period, along with an assigned fax number while eligible. Current prices and included features are displayed before purchase and may vary by storefront.

Monthly subscription

Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm purchase. The Monthly plan renews automatically unless canceled through your Apple Account before renewal. You can manage or cancel it from Apple’s subscription settings. Deleting FaxQuik does not cancel the subscription. Refund eligibility is determined by Apple under its applicable policies.

Delivery and availability

Fax delivery depends on third-party telecommunications networks, recipient equipment, document compatibility, and accurate destination information. A queued or transmitted fax is not a guarantee of receipt. Check the delivery status shown in FaxQuik. The Service is not intended for emergency communications.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant FaxQuik and its service providers a limited right to process that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and legally maintain the Service.

Medical information

FaxQuik is not offered as a HIPAA-compliant service and is not currently intended for transmitting protected health information or other HIPAA-regulated records. You must not submit that information through the Service.

Service changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, maintenance, or changes in third-party services. Features and geographic availability may change.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties and are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by an incorrect destination, recipient failure, carrier interruption, or unauthorized use of your device or account. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

Termination

We may restrict or terminate access for material violations of these Terms, fraud, abuse, security risk, or legal requirements. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
